Wholesale requirements
Products may be purchased and resold by any merchant who sells directly to the end user.
Sales Tax
Federal tax ID number must be provided. Merchants in the state of North Carolina must
provide North Carolina resale tax number. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of
the receipt.
Delivery
Domestic orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Priority Mail or UPS and arrive in 3 to 8
business days. Large order may ship by customer designated freight company. Orders are
shipped within 2- 4 business days. International orders call or email for shipping quote.
A nominal shipping and handling fee of $5.00 is added to each order.
Drop Shipments
We currently do not offer drop shipping at this time.
Payment Methods
Products may be purchased with checks, money orders, pre-paid, C.O.D., Amex, Discover, MasterCard or Visa
credit card payments. There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks, checks are subject to a 7
business day hold while the check clears. Please note your account number on your check.
Return Policy
All returns must be authorized in advance by BluCare International Inc. No credit will be
issued for any returns without an RMA#. Invoice number is required for all returns.
All authorized returns must be in new saleable condition, without price tags, glue
residue, security strips or markings of any kind to receive credit. No open, empty or
partial used products can be returned.
Damaged or problem shipments must be reported within six (6) business days of receipt
to receive credit. All saleable returns are eligible for credit within 30 days of
purchase. Customer will be responsible for return shipping of merchandise. 20% restocking
fee will be assessed on all returns not due to a BluCare International Inc error.
